  • Abstract
    There is no professional injection simulation software in metal powder injection industry, so we propose to establish shrinkage rate formula for different materials and sintering temperature. On the basis of large number of experiments and data analysis, we have been verified the correctness of the formula. We have finished the design of injection mold by UG MoldWizard modules, and realized simulation and analysis of injection process with MoldFlow software. Through the mould concurrent development process, it has completed the CAD / CAE integration of the mould, and achieved the optimal design of the mould, which wil greatly improve the development efficiency of the mould.
