Abstract :
LOD-FDTD numerical method was introduced and the computation model of rectangular cavity with slot was established and the coupling field of the electromagnetic pulse into cavity with slot on it was studied by LOD-FDTD numerical method. The study showed that cavity and slot resonance field became a secondary radioactive source successively that transmitted electromagnetic energy to outer space in the process of electromagnetic pulse couple with cavity and slot. Electromagnetic pulse high frequency component was relatively easy to coupling into the cavity and attenuated quickly inside the cavity. The results of numerical analysis in this paper could provide reference for equipment electromagnetic shielding design and application.
