Urban Environmental Management and Traffic Improvement

As an important part of urban environment, urban traffic environment is one of the key factors that cause urban environment pollution. This kind of pollution is comprehensive and involves natural environment, ecological environment, social environment and humanistic landscape, even people´s mentality, etc. So it is a complicated system engineering to solve the urban traffic environmental problems, and traffic environment improvement is crucial for the urban environmental management. In this paper, the author illustrates the opinion of considering policy, regulation, management, technology and culture in urban environmental management, meanwhile, we should advocate green traffic, cultivate noble urban traffic culture, make the urban traffic convenient for people´s living and working, so it can maintain the harmonious environment and realize the harmonious development between human and nature.
