Abstract :
Coordinated control system of thermal power unit is a time-varying, uncertainties, strong-coupling and multi-variable control system. Its control quality is a key to improve the thermal processes automation and achieve power system automatic generation control. In this paper, the non-linear mathematical models of drum-boiler turbine unit and once-through boiler unit are given. Analysis of the conventional boiler feed-forward control system and based on the thought that dynamic energy and static energy separation, the boiler analog flexible fuzzy control feed-forward controller is structured and applied in coordination control system of generator unit. Simulation results show that not only load response and anti-interference ability are improved, but also dynamic overshoot greatly reduce. It is conducive to the safety, economy and stability of generator unit.
