Abstract :
The aim of the paper is to present an experience with an integration of the Rational Unified Process (RUP) in two undergraduate curriculums. A small but not trivial project, covering the Rational Unified Process, was used for comparison of the well known Java Development Environment with the less known JADE Development Environment. The key finding of the research is that better performance throughout the lifecycle activities are obtained with JADE. A software rejuvenation using roseJADElink is also discussed in this paper.
