Abstract
The Paper aims to present a proposal on which to develop a PhD study. The proposal considers lessons learned from past projects, focused on e-Learning methodologies, and then considers Social Network Analysis and Change Management theories. Can these three elements melt in a unique model? The paper presents a model in which an IT-enabled learning process plays an active role in modifying inter-personal relationships between individuals, in an organizational change context.
