Abstract
Before several years, the overseas outstanding enterprise like Cisco and Dell already started to use one kind of service pattern, which is more advanced than supply chain - the value nets. The value nets is a new high-level concept of supply chain. Based on sharing information and knowledge, value nets can make the members match with each other and meet the diversified needs of consumers together. Especially in the knowledge-intensive business service (KIBS), the predominance of value nets is more clearly. In this article, we will use the software business as the example to explain how to use the value nets in the knowledge-intensive business service.
