Abstract :
Cucumber is one of the major crops in the greenhouse. The concentration of nutrient solution, which determines the development of various organs of cucumber, plays an important role in the yield, thus finding the optimal concentration of nutrient solution is theoretically significant for cultivating greenhouse cucumber. In this experiment, bags of perlite were used as the carrier of nutrient solution which used the Hoagland formula. There were four treatments: T1: 1:200; T2: 1:100; T3: 1:50; T4: 1:30. Effects of different fertilization treatments on height, dry matter of each organ and fruit quality of greenhouse cucumber were investigated. The results showed that, by comparing four treatments, T3 was superior to other treatments in dry matter of various organs and fruit quality of greenhouse cucumber, with no nutrient stress on it. As a result, T3 is the optimal fertilization way for soilless culture of greenhouse cucumber.
