Abstract :
The outbreak of the global economic crisis in the middle of 2008 had a significant impact on the world automotive industry and various types of manufacturing and logistics, financial and other service enterprises in the automotive long supply chain. Although the industrial policy support of "revitalized planning of automobile industry" has been brought forward by Chinese government in the early 2009, has eased up the impact of the economic crisis to Chinese automobile industry in a certain extent, how to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises by such improvements as logistics costs is the challenges to Chinese government and its automotive industry. On the basis of the investigation of several Chinese AMFs (Automobile Manufacturing Firms) and their SDNs (Supply-Demand Networks), this paper analyzes the current constraint factors of logistics integration of Chinese automotive industry. It also proposes a integrative system design to adapt the logistics development of Chinese automotive components and spare parts by using such logistics technologies as materials direct delivery, cross-transshipment and postpone production, etc.. Around the three functional modules of flexible logistics planning, real-time resources control and deployment, and knowledge reuse and share, this paper builds a global logistics systematic model of Chinese automotive components and spare parts. It provides not only the effective protection for normal operation of automobile assembly and spare parts supplying system, but the logistics systematic supports for the realization of the standardization, personalization, modular and platform.
