Abstract
This paper presents an extension of locally constrained deformation for digital images. The new method consists in fixing curvilinear displacement constraint on a point in the image and ensuring their satisfaction through the deformation. It permits the users to interactively adjust the deformation with direct manipulation. Experimental examples show that the new method is flexible, simple and fast, and that a subtle warping effect can be achieved.
