Abstract :
In this paper analysis, design and measurements of a transmission type injection locked oscillator (ILO) are presented. Special feedback structures and matching networks were developed to give good results concerning locking range, gain and output level. Depending upon the particular application the circuit was realized in microstrip technique. The final performance of the ILO gives courage to use packaged FEM for frequency dividers even in K-band frequency range.
