This paper probes into the correlation between entrepreneurial innovation and the enterprise growth in China. Through the survey on the entrepreneurs in China, this paper presents a quantitative analysis of the correlation between innovation and enterprise growth. Furthermore, this paper puts forth four phases of enterprise growth and points out the important role of entrepreneurship in the enterprise growth, which is proved by the case study of Lenovo. Finally, this paper makes five solutions to the incubation of innovation and entrepreneurship in China.
