Abstract :
A new integral planning method for distribution system without candidate schemes is proposed in the paper. Transportation model is applied to the load assignation. A two-step optimization strategy is developed to obtain the optimal solution in each sub-region for each scheme of substation-capacity combinations. The proposed method is implemented and tested successfully with one practical urban distributed system. Comparisons are made between the traditional grading planning approach and the new integral planning method, which demonstrates the potential advantage of the method in practice.
