Abstract :
This paper develops a system of high-speed data transmission on Pocket PC platforms based on 3G network technology, with a high degree of programmability and portability. It is adopted by Microsoft Visual Studio. The system realizes the data collection and transmission through digital media instead of paper media. As it adopts the convergence between mobile phone networks and Internet, PPC terminal can exchange data with the central server. This paper illustrates the development and procedure of the modules.
