Abstract :
This paper presents a new efficient comb decimation filter with improved magnitude response. By making use of partial polyphase decomposition and descending prime factorization, the new filter shows lower power consumption and higher circuit speed. And its application of sharpening technique from the second substage effectively reduces the passband droop and increases the aliasing rejection.
