Abstract :
To study mainly the effect of X and its distillations on anti-collection of blood platelet and anti-formation of thrombus in vitro. METHODS All natural rats were divided normal group, solvent group and medical groups. The effect of X on anti-collection of blood platelet and anti-formation of thrombus in vitro was observed. RESULTS Raw materials and its distillations D, E, F had the role of anti-collection of blood platelet evidently and had the prominent difference (p<0.01~p<0.001). But distillations A, B, C didn´t have the obvious role. We could also estimate that the role of anti-collection of blood platelet of raw materials and its distillation D was better than it of positive medicines. Raw materials and its distillations C, D, E had the role of anti-formation of thrombus evidently and had the prominent difference (p<0.05~p<0.01) and were similar with positive medicines. Distillation F had the current of anti-formation of thrombus, but there´s no difference. Distillations A, B didn´t have the obvious role. CONCLUSION Raw materials and its distillations D, E, F had the roles of anti-collection of blood platelet and anti-formation of thrombus in vitro.
