The Design of the Agent Construction Project Management Mode

This paper holds that China´s construction engineering project management should clear the relationship among engineering construction project investor, operator, user and organizer, puts forward the necessity of agent construction system in the project management. The author induces the source, meaning and theoretical basis of the agent-construction project management, and analyzes application Status of the agent construction management in China. At last, the author designs the mode of agent-construction project management according to the construction stage and the project financing.
