Abstract :
This paper is related to fault diagnosis and accommodation approach based on neural network, which can be used for flight control systems. A radial basis function (RBF) neural network is designed to approximate the fault, and a fuzzy observer is used to estimate the fault. A new controller is reconfigured in order to compensate the effect of the fault. At last, simulation results of an F-16 aircraft example are given to verify the availability of the proposed method.
