Abstract :
The coherence of software operating and monitoring (OM) interface in main control room of nuclear power industry with user subjective expectation is an important matter which influences operators´ work efficiency and system security. The subjective expectation evaluation method for software OM interface design was proposed. The radial basis functions neural network based subjective expectation evaluation model for software OM interface design was established. The evaluation indexes of software OM interface are extracted based on human-system interface design review guideline document of NUREG-0700. The subjective expectation evaluation model is used to evaluate the software OM interface of nuclear power plant. A case of software OM interface of nuclear power plant evaluation was provided to prove the effectiveness of the mentioned method.
