From 2001, in order to promote unemployed people into re-employment, China´s Ministry of Labor and Social Security and International Labor Organization have jointly implemented China´s urban employment promotion pilot project. In recent years, entrepreneurial problems were paid wide attentions to by scholars. However, the survival of entrepreneurship is less concerned by current researches. This paper uses the data from the field investigation of 150 entrepreneurs in Wuhan City Hubei Province to analyze the problems of the survival entrepreneurship, and relevant policy recommendations proposed accordingly for the government, the communities and the entrepreneurs.
