Abstract
In this paper we compare and analyze the design of circular air hole with elliptical air holes for the total dispersion property of both the configuration. By varying the size of the air holes it is possible to obtain the flattened dispersion for the wavelength range 1.2 nm to 1.6 nm range. A full vector FDTD method is used to simulate and analyze the dispersion property of PCF.
