For the benign operation and creating benefit of water conservancy project, water conservancy project management unit must reform and innovate to implement management modernization. The connotation of water conservancy project management modernization includes modern water conservancy project management system, modern project management technology, modern management means and management laws and regulations. To implement these, the core is excellent talents who know both management and profession. Therefore, to speed up the modernization process of water conservancy project management, we must implement standardized management, legalized management, technical management and informational management.
