Research on Construction Contract Credit System and Its Evaluation System: Mainland China Perspective

Construction contract credit evaluation system is composed of management of evaluation system, evaluation index, mathematic evaluation model and evaluation software. The contents of construction contract credit evaluation index system are composed of six parts which are level of contract management, ability of concluding contracts, state of concluding contracts, ability of fulfilling contracts, state of fulfilling contracts and contract´s creditworthiness in society. The paper discusses the details of these indicators from the owner´s and contractor´s perspectives.
