Abstract
This paper introduces an Internet access implementation for MANET nodes over mobile gateways based on mobile IP technology (MIP) and dynamic source routing protocol (DSR). This implementation can be used to complete dynamic Internet access and deal with routes handover when one of mobile gateways is unavailable. Meanwhile, the paper also introduces some experiments by which we can assess the actual application value of the implementation.
