Abstract
It is a very common and widely used method in multi-attribute group decision-making to achieve the result by ranking the decisions and building the judging matrix explanation according to the weighs achieved by comparing every two ones. In this study, a method is provided to achieve the final decision in the situation that the number of experts is changing dynamically, using the way of giving the experts information through fuzzy complementation matrix and gradually concentrating experts´ preferences. Actually this method conforms to our mental habits and the model established is much easier to be commanded and used.
