Abstract :
In the work we consider regular running waves in a chain of Van-der-Pol oscillators with symmetric diffusive coupling and periodic boundary conditions. Contrary to the case of harmonic oscillators the studied system is characterized by limited regions of stability for the space-periodic regimes as well as it demonstrates new spatio-temporal behavior, which can be called as "moving phase defects". The observed regimes are typical for they exist in a wide region of parameters and initial values.
