Abstract
Auto-digital phase measurement technique is widely used in the design of phase-shift laser range finder. However, the conventional auto-digital phasometer cannot achieve high precision because of the frequency drift of signal sources, zero drift of wave conversion circuit and high frequency interference, etc, which result in the poor range-finding accuracy. Some methods are proposed in this paper to eliminate the errors caused by those factors mentioned above based on the conclusion drawn in the "Error Analysis and Improvement Design of Auto-digital Phasometer (I)". Finally, a validating test is designed, and the result shows that the methods proposed can effectively eliminate these errors, the precision of phasometer is greatly improved.
