Abstract :
Recent years, nonstandard employment has been coming an important method for organization to increase its flexible ability. Especial the nonstandard employing knowledge workers have been the vital part of organization´s core competition. Nonstandard employing knowledge workers have different features and working context comparing with standard employing knowledge workers, and there are different factors to influence their Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). However there is little research in this issue. This research explores main factors to influence OCB of nonstandard employing knowledge workers, and compare the influencing factors´ difference between standard employing and nonstandard employing knowledge workers.
