Abstract :
This paper studies the group decision making problem with incomplete multiplicatively consistent fuzzy preference relations. A sufficient and necessary condition about multiplicative consistency is proposed. Least square completion and inconsistency repair methods are developed to deal with incomplete and inconsistent fuzzy preference relations. A new method based on multiplicative consistency to solve the group decision making problem with incomplete and inconsistent fuzzy preference relations is presented. A numerical example is used to illustrate the proposed methods.
