Abstract :
Industrial technology innovation strategic alliances are the new form of cooperative technological innovation organizations. The establishment of alliances is conducive to complementary advantages, but there are still certain risks in the running of alliances. Risks of alliances can be divided into two dimensions: endogenous risks and exogenous risks. Based on the risk identification of alliances, the article builds an index system of risk evaluation, which consists of two basic factors and fifteen indexes. The paper further explores the quantitative evaluation model of alliances risk. According to risk probability and severity of consequence of the risk, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applies to evaluate the risk level of alliances. Entropy method is used in index weighting to avoid the subjectivity of weighting by experts. Based on the theoretical research, the paper also gives an empirical study.
