Abstract
The essence of tour is pursuing experience. At the same time, tour is also a paradigm of symbol. Hotel functions as an important part of the tourism, so the development of experience hotel products plays an important role in guiding tourists. Based on the theory of semiotics and combining the relative theories, such as tourist experience and symbol appreciation, the experienced development of hotel can be considered as a systematic process of symbolic operation. This paper clarifies the relative concepts of symbol, discusses the composition of experience hotel products, analyzes the process of customers´ appreciation of experience hotel products and constructs the symbolic operation model of the development of experience hotel products with a core of “symbolic value”.
