Abstract :
In project management and system integration work for implementation of a rail transit system, there is a common calling and that is the passion about the projects that we undertake. Unless one has the drive to see the project through successfully, you cannot deliver your best. Successful projects are those where the participants, be they employer, consultants, contractors or suppliers want to do their best and meet the challenge for delivering the projects in a safe manner, to the required standards of quality, within budget and schedule
