Abstract :
Existing police information system can not meet the mobility, urgency, emergency characteristics of public security industry. Based on the analysis of data processing and Google maps, this paper deals with the design and implement of 3G mobile police system. The system is developed on Android phone mobile development platform and uses mvc+dao design pattern. The system provides the functions, including information search, information collection, file upload, GPS location. Also the combination of client-side programming and server-side programming techniques is used and analyzed.
