Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Converter valve will produce transient electromagnetic process when it cut off rapidly every time, then it will radiate high frequency Electromagnetic field. This article research radiate of 12 impulse valve, I use computer simulation technology and model experiment, Compare two groups´ data.
