The Binary Relative Evaluation of China´s Auto Enterprises

Establishing and perfecting scientific performance evaluation system is an important content in modern enterprises. In order to eliminate the influence of objective basic condition in different enterprises and reflect the subjective effort of the operators, this paper applied the binary relative evaluation to evaluate the performance of China´s twenty auto enterprises. The result shows that the method is helpful for the management to make fair assessment and pursue long-term development.
