Abstract :
Compound Fertilizer supply chain management has become the hot topic in agricultural and academic area. Compound Fertilizer supply chain is composed of four phases: supply, production, processing and distribution. Distribution network, which is the core phase in Compound Fertilizer supply chain, is the bridge and tie to connect the producer and the client. The scientific and rational optimization design of distribution network, in the recent client-drive competitive environment, is an extremely important approach to make clients the more satisfactory and enterprises the more competitive. Compound Fertilizer distribution network optimization is an important research task in Compound Fertilizer supply chain management.
