  • Abstract
    Vibratory piezoelectric cantilever sensors for triaxial tactile sensing have been fabricated and analyzed in axial sensitivity. Vector tactile measurement on a single sensor element is demonstrated by using resonant frequency shift in three vibration modes upon external load application.
