Abstract :
The Multi-gear pump is widely used in the high-precision machining of the NC machine tools, because it can afford equal amounts of oil to each lubricant point stably and the hydrostatic pressure lubricating system for the machine tool guide ways. The Virtual Prototyping can build the mathematical model of the Multi-gear pump on the computer, and use the software FLUENT to analog simulation. This will help to reduce the development cycle of the product and lower the costs.
