Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore the evolutionary rules of regional talent agglomeration system. From the perspective of complex adaptive system theory, this paper revealed spatial and hierarchical structure and process of evolution, then constructed dynamic evolutionary model of regional talent agglomeration system based on the analysis of characteristics of complex adaptation in regional talent agglomeration system. The results are conducive to the selection and implementation of regional talent agglomeration strategy.
