Abstract :
The linkage and integration of Collaborative Knowledge Management (CKM) and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems is becoming increasingly important. Both systems are currently very popular and based on the writing of various authors can lead to increased organizational effectiveness and innovation. The authors of this paper suggest a conceptual systems model to integrate CKM and HCM so an organization could potential share in the strengths of both systems.
