  • Abstract
    Ultra-broad band (in S+C+L band), highly-efficient coherent wavelength-conversion at low-power by four-wave-mixing in high-gain InAs/InGaAsP/InP QD-SOA is reported. Wavelength conversion transparency for coherent signals (QPSK, 8-PSK and 16-QAM) is showed for single and double-pump FWM.
