Abstract :
Sea surface temperature (SST) retrieved from the Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer for EOS (AMSR-E) aboard NASA Aqua is used as operational data source for monitoring oceanic conditions conducted by the Japan Meteorological Agency, and monitoring fisheries conditions conducted by the Japan Fisheries Information Service Center. In this paper, evaluation of AMSR-E SST accuracy is presented, and those SST applications are reported
