Abstract :
This paper proposes a new business model named social acquaintance network oriented group buying. It focuses on the social acquaintance networks of consumers and makes consumers as "sales agents" that can initialize transactions of group buying and acquire their acquaintances to join in. Two key technical problems it brought are identified and analyzed. To solve them, a collaborative filtering based recommendation method and a workflow based execution framework are also proposed.
