Abstract :
It is obtained, that solid film with step-like dielectric function separates into certain pumber of layers with different dielectric constants in accordance to wave guided modes number, and these layers thickness can be controlled by electric field on the boundary interface. A series of new physical phenomena was predicted, such as closed dispersion curves, transformation of nonlinear waves into linear ones, nonlinear wave guided modes occunence at frequencies, lying both above and below conesponding linear modes frequency, linear and nonlinear electromagnetic waves propagation at nonoverlapping frequency intervals.
