Abstract :
With the advent of the "3G" age, the rapid development of mobile learning is affecting people\´s traditional mode of learning and the mobile learning mode is increasingly rich. Under the .NET developing environment, the system uses Windows Mobile technology construction. It can be the targeted guide for adult learners under the mobile environment, in order to achieve the personalized teaching of the mobile environment. It can be viewed as an educated supporting means which will bring help for adult learners.
