  • Abstract
    The purpose of the study is to investigate the behavior tendency and the game relationship of the stakeholders in the process of cultivated land protection from the perspective of game theory, starting from the main decision-making behavior, research on the problem of cultivated land protection, in order to promote the effective protection of the farmland and normal advance of China´s urbanization process. The research method is the method of game analysis. The results indicate that the central government´s cost of supervision and inspection, the central government´s punishment to the illegal behavior of local government will have an effect on the implement of land protection policy. Whether farmers protect the farmland or not have a great relationship of farmers´ income from farming, migrant income and farmland conversion gains. The conclusion of this research is to make the cultivated land protection policy implementation, the central government needs to perfect the supervision system, increase penalties for illegal behavior of local government and increase the farmers´ income engaged in agricultural planting.
