Abstract
Simulations and experimental results indicate that inexpensive fabrication, small chip area, good linearity and high matching accuracy can be obtained for analog MOSFET-only ICs using MOSFET capacitors in series- or parallel-compensated branches. The parallel compensation has the advantage that it occupies smaller chip area, while the series one gives a better linearity performance by reducing the voltage range of operation of the MOSFET capacitors. The resulting SC circuits can be fabricated in any basic digital MOS technology.
