Abstract :
Through the method of electromagnetic field finite element to performance simulation of a coil rotating magnetic powder clutch, and carried out the static characteristics of the product testing laboratories, the results show that the simulation data and experimental data is consistent, it Illustrate that the analysis methods and models are accurate and reasonable; to analysis the structure type of the magnetic powder clutch, and conduct the design and simulation, the results show that the magnetic particle clutch Dual-gap structure can effectively improve the torque transmission performance.
