Abstract :
In planned special events, the attendee evacuation is a very important part of the whole traffic organization and management. After the literatures of traffic management about planned special events were reviewed, the characteristics of the attendee flow in planned special events, the evacuation objectives and the evaluation indicators, etc., were discussed and analyzed in detail. Then, a multilevel grey evaluation model was established, which can be applied to evaluate the different evacuation schemes. Finally, it was illustrated by one case that this model was applicable and practicable.
