Abstract :
A novel statistical model, called RLMN model, on the mobile channels is proposed. The envelope of the received signal is modeled as the product of a Rician signal with exponent M and a Lognormal signal with exponent N. The Probability density function (PDF) in dB is derived by using signals in dB. The expectation of received signals (in dB) is in directly proportional to M and N.
